This giveaway promotion ("Giveaway") is sponsored by TrakForce ("Sponsor").

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household as the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway begins on the official launch date announced by Sponsor and ends on July 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST unless extended under the conditions described below.

Participants may enter the Giveaway by purchasing eligible merchandise through the official TrakForce website or authorized sales channels during the Giveaway period. Each qualifying merch purchase will receive the number of entries specified at the time of purchase.

A free alternative method of entry ("AMOE") will also be available in accordance with applicable laws. To request entry without purchase, participants must submit a handwritten 3x5 card with full name, address, phone number, email address, and the phrase "TrakForce Giveaway Entry" mailed to the Sponsor's designated address. Limit one mail-in entry per person.

One (1) winner will receive a customized 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 off-road truck with an estimated value of approximately $60,000 USD. Vehicle is awarded "AS IS" without additional warranties except those required by law.

The winner is solely responsible for:

• Vehicle registration
• Insurance
• Taxes
• Title transfer fees
• Travel expenses
• Any additional state or federal fees

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner will be selected during a live drawing broadcast on Instagram Live through the official Instagram account @trakforce on July 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST (Dallas, Texas time). The selected winner must comply with all verification requirements before being officially confirmed.

If the Sponsor determines that the minimum promotional sales goal has not been reached by July 31, 2026, the Giveaway may be extended. In such case, the new drawing date will automatically move to August 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST via Instagram Live on @trakforce. Sponsor reserves the right to modify promotional timelines when necessary for operational, legal, or promotional reasons.

Potential winners may be required to provide:

• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Proof of eligibility
• Signed liability/publicity release
• Additional verification documents if requested

Failure to respond within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, image, city/state, social media handle, and photos/videos for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

The prize vehicle is a modified off-road vehicle intended primarily for recreational/off-road use. Sponsor makes no guarantees regarding emissions compliance, inspection requirements, road legality in every state, or future mechanical performance. Winner assumes all responsibility upon delivery of the vehicle.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize vehicle.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of:

• Tampering with the entry process
• Using fraudulent methods
• Violating these Terms & Conditions
• Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or Dodge/Ram.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Sponsor, which shall be final.

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
