The Trakforce Off-Road Build Giveaway (the "Giveaway") provides eligible participants the opportunity to be selected to receive one (1) customized 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Off-Road Build (the "Prize"), subject to these Official Rules.

This Giveaway is intended solely as a promotional campaign and is not a lottery, raffle, gambling activity, or game of chance requiring consideration.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, household members, sponsors, partners, and anyone directly involved in the administration of this Giveaway are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins on the official launch date announced by Sponsor and ends on July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway Period if necessary.

There are two (2) methods of participation:

A. Eligible Merchandise Purchase
Participants may obtain participation opportunities through the purchase of eligible Trakforce merchandise sold through the official Trakforce website. Eligible merchandise may include apparel, accessories, promotional items, and other designated products. Shipping charges, taxes, and additional fees do not qualify toward participation opportunities.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary. To participate without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card containing:

• Email Address

Mail to: Mail-in entries must be handwritten and submitted individually. Automated, copied, mechanically reproduced, or bulk-generated entries will not be accepted.

To remain eligible for final verification and prize award, participants must follow all of the following Instagram accounts at the time of winner verification:

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate eligible participant.

One (1) eligible participant will receive:

Prize includes:

• Custom Off-Road Suspension
• Upgraded Wheels and Tires
• Performance Modifications
• Exterior Accessories
• Additional Custom Components installed by Sponsor

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $60,000 USD

The Prize will be awarded AS-IS. No cash substitution shall be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

One (1) eligible participant will be selected following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. Winner selection will be conducted from all eligible participants received during the Giveaway Period.

The selected participant will be announced live on Instagram through the official @trakforce account on July 31, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM CST.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the announcement date if operational or promotional circumstances require.

Before being declared the official winner, the selected participant may be required to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of residency
• Proof of age
• Signed Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release
• Additional verification documents if requested

Failure to complete the verification process within seven (7) calendar days may result in disqualification. An alternate eligible participant may then be selected.

The Prize vehicle is a modified off-road vehicle designed primarily for recreational and off-road use. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• Road legality in any state
• Emissions compliance
• Vehicle inspections
• Future mechanical performance
• Future maintenance costs
• Registration requirements

The winner accepts full responsibility for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws following transfer of ownership.

The winner shall be solely responsible for:

• Vehicle Registration
• Vehicle Insurance
• Title Transfer Fees
• Taxes
• Licensing Fees
• Transportation Costs
• Pickup or Delivery Expenses
• Any costs not specifically listed as included

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred after transfer of the Prize.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the participant's name, photograph, video, social media username, city and state of residence, and likeness for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Provides false information
• Uses fraudulent methods
• Attempts to manipulate the Giveaway
• Uses automated entry systems
• Harasses or threatens other participants
• Engages in conduct deemed harmful to Sponsor

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and disqualification shall be final.

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the Prize.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, Dodge, Ram, Stellantis, or any of their respective affiliates.

Sponsor reserves the right to extend the promotional period if operational, legal, marketing, inventory, or business objectives require additional time. Any changes will be communicated through official Trakforce channels.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Giveaway if technical failures, fraud, legal requirements, force majeure events, or any other circumstances affect the integrity or operation of the promotion. Sponsor's decisions shall be final and binding.

This Giveaway shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively within the State of Texas.

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

By participating in this Giveaway, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor.
