Installation Guide
INSTALLATION & USAGE GUIDE
01
Verify Fitment Before Installing
Confirm tire size matches your rim. Check lift height against our compatibility
table. For 35"+ tires, verify clearance with fenders before mounting.
02
Professional Mounting & Balancing
Have tires mounted and balanced by a certified technician. Use a heavy-duty
mounting machine rated for Load Range E.
03
Set Correct Tire Pressure
Inflate to 45–65 PSI on-road. For off-road, reduce to 18–25 PSI — always
re-inflate before returning to highway speeds.
04
Torque Lug Nuts to Spec
Torque to 100–145 ft-lbs. Re-torque after the first 50–100 miles to ensure
proper seating.
05
Break-In Period
Allow 500 miles of normal driving for tires to fully seat. Avoid aggressive
off-roading during break-in.
Usage Recommendations
Rotate every 5,000–7,000 miles for even tread wear across all
four tires.
Check pressure monthly and before any off-road trip. Check cold
for accurate readings.
Inspect regularly for cuts, punctures, or uneven wear —
especially after off-road use.
Air down for off-road to 18–25 PSI on trails. Always air back up
before highway driving.
Get alignment after installing new tires, especially on lifted
vehicles.
Clean mud terrain tires after heavy use. Packed mud reduces
traction and causes imbalance.
Replace at 2/32" tread depth — worn tires reduce off-road and
wet-weather performance.
